Terms of Use

Last updated: 30 June 2026

By using Skillorama (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

The service

Skillorama is an AI-assisted learning app for practising skills through quizzes and spaced repetition. It is offered for personal, non-commercial learning.

Accounts

You sign in with your email and a one-time passcode. You’re responsible for keeping access to your email and for activity under your account. Please use an email address you control.

AI-generated content — important

Questions, explanations, and the grading of written answers are produced by AI and may be incomplete or incorrect. The Service is for general learning and information only. It is not professional, academic, legal, medical, financial, or certification advice, and it is not a substitute for authoritative sources. Verify anything important before relying on it. If you spot a problem, please use the in-app flag.

Acceptable use

Intellectual property

The Service, its software, and its content are owned by us or our licensors, and may be used only as permitted here. You keep ownership of what you write; by submitting answers you allow us to process them to operate and improve the Service (including AI grading).

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind — including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make relying on the Service’s content.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or to protect the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Service’s operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
